Worthing Mencap is an active, progressive organisation championing the rights of learning-disabled people and their families and directly improving the facilities and opportunities available to them. Our achievements include:

• Multi-purpose centre and headquarters in Worthing
• Contributing over £5,000 each year towards better facilities at local special schools, centres and projects
• A weekly multi-activity sports club
• An annual high-profile fun-day for 300 people
• A popular Christmas fair which helps associated groups raise funds
• Help, support and advice to anyone affected by or interested in learning disability and the problems of families affected by it.
